For the Love of Sport
Together, Paul O’Callaghan and myself have over 80 years of running experience. We have learned a great deal over those years by listening to great coaches, athletes, and sports scientists. Our philosophy will be one of collaboration based on informed decision making that best suits your personal needs and current life situation. Because we are all unique, we believe with your input that we can develop a program that will maximize your running performance.

Sessions
Train for Success

Group Sessions
Open to club members, sessions will take you from the track to the local trails of the Victoria area where the focus will be on development in a positive and fun environment. Come and join us for a month, on us, and then you can decide if we are the right fit for you.

Destination adventure runs
With enough interest, Aspire RC will organize at least one adventure run per season for those looking to mix things up.

Personalized training plans
For the club athlete athlete looking to reach the next level. Together, we will develop a holistic plan that best suits your individuality; it’s more than just a bunch of numbers. Pricing will vary depending on the mode of delivery and duration of training plan.
